Why NetZero: a marketplace and supply platform, not an EPC | NetZero Systems

NetZero Systems is a Singapore company. It helps you find, buy and source energy and electrical equipment, and it coordinates international supply. The EPC or installer you choose builds your system and looks after it.

What NetZero does

• Helps you find and compare equipment, with each value read from its datasheet page.
• Lets you buy locally from a verified seller in your country. You pay the seller directly; NetZero collects nothing on a local purchase.
• Sources complete equipment packages from international suppliers, quoted by NetZero Systems, Singapore.
• For an offshore order, coordinates the suppliers, the payment route, consolidation and shipping. You pay NetZero by an accepted transferable letter of credit or by advance bank payment.
• Shows each order's progress to your site and, after handover, sends a support case to the party responsible for it.

What NetZero does not do

• NetZero is not an EPC contractor. It does no structural engineering, site construction, electrical installation, civil works, grid connection, commissioning or O&M, unless a separate signed contract says so.
• It does not lend to customers or finance projects, and it does not guarantee how a project performs.
• NetZero has no company in Bangladesh, and no importer, warehouse, installation team, freight company or customs operation there. You, or the importer you appoint, import the goods.

How international sourcing works

• You send your list, choose a package or describe what you need.
• NetZero quotes from verified suppliers. Nothing is ordered until you accept the quotation.
• A supplier is ordered only when its funding is in place. A letter of credit is never treated as cash.
• Goods ship directly or consolidated, and every line keeps its owner, quantity and serials, even in a shared container.

You and your local EPC

• Your EPC or installer is responsible for design sign-off, installation, testing, commissioning and O&M under their own contract with you.
• NetZero supplies the equipment you or your EPC choose. Every offer states who sells it, who you pay, who delivers it and who handles the warranty.
• Installation is by the EPC or installer you choose.
