Built for businesses buying rooftop solar and solar water pumping systems in Bangladesh.

Who are you buying for? My own facility My customer / EPC project Both use the same purchasing engine. In EPC mode your customer's details stay protected.

How it works

One project. Five stations.

Choose a station to see what you do, what NetZero does, and what you will see at that point.

  1. Station 1

    Your requirement

Tell us what you need — start with what you already have.

    You
Rooftop solar: Start with any one of: an electricity bill, basic roof information, roof photos or drawings, an existing HoneyWatt design, or an existing design or BOQ.Solar water pumping: Start with what you know: the water you need, the head, the water source, the location and any borehole, pump or tender details.
    NetZero
Asks only for what is needed next, and turns your information into one project record — whichever way you started.
    You will see
How complete your requirement is, and the one thing still missing.
  2. Station 2

    Package & price

One complete, engineering-checked package with a transparent price.

    You
Review the system summary, open the complete bill of materials if you want the detail, and accept the quotation revision you agree with.
    NetZero
Engineers the system, checks the package is complete category by category, and builds the price line by line — equipment, freight, insurance, bank costs and the NetZero fee each shown separately.
    You will see
A versioned quotation. A first price can be preliminary; equipment is only ordered from an engineering-verified package.
  3. Station 3

    Payment

Pay NetZero by transferable letter of credit or an agreed schedule of bank transfers.

    You
Arrange the payment route agreed in your quotation with your bank, and complete the document actions we list for you.
    NetZero
Prepares the document checklist, works with the banks, and arranges supplier payments behind the scenes.
    You will see
Your next payment action and its due date. A payment is shown as received only after the bank credit is confirmed.
  4. Station 4

    Delivery

Follow your complete package from production to your site.

    You
Arrange import clearance yourself or through an importer you appoint, and confirm receipt on site.
    NetZero
Coordinates the suppliers and independent logistics partners, and holds shipment while a critical component is missing.
    You will see
A simple delivery timeline — ordered, production, package complete, shipped, arrived, released, on site — each step with its latest verified time.
  5. Station 5

    Installation

Use your own installer, or ask us to connect you with one.

    You
Choose your installer and agree the installation scope with them.
    NetZero
Shares the installation-relevant engineering and package information with your installer, and keeps one project record after handover.
    You will see
Survey, installation, testing, commissioning and handover — and one NetZero support case if anything goes wrong.

Complete means complete

Every required part, checked before anything is ordered.

A package is checked category by category. A missing critical item stops procurement — it is never discovered on site.

Rooftop PV package

  • PV modules
  • Inverters
  • Mounting structure
  • DC protection
  • AC protection
  • Earthing
  • Cables
  • Connectors
  • Monitoring
  • Accessories

Solar pumping package

  • Pump
  • Pump controller / drive
  • PV modules
  • Mounting structure
  • Protection
  • Cables
  • Sensors and dry-run protection
  • Monitoring
  • Accessories

Every line of your bill of materials is marked

  • Imported package
  • Local supply
  • Existing
  • Customer supplied
  • Excluded

A lower-priced option may use different, technically acceptable products. It never saves money by leaving out protection, earthing, mounting or required accessories.

Who does what

Every responsibility, stated up front.

Transparency is the point. Nothing material is hidden in the footer.

Who is NetZero?
NetZero Systems (Pte.) Ltd., a company registered in Singapore. NetZero is your commercial counterparty: it engineers the package, purchases internationally and coordinates the whole project.
Who supplies the equipment?
Approved international suppliers, selected for each project after an engineering and commercial comparison.
Who ships it?
Independent logistics partners consolidate the package and handle freight.
Who imports it?
You, or a customer-appointed importer. NetZero has no company in Bangladesh.
Who installs it?
Your own installer, or an independent installer NetZero connects you with.
Who handles warranty?
You open one NetZero support case. NetZero identifies the responsible party — manufacturer, logistics, installer or engineering — and routes it.
What does NetZero charge?
A transparent platform fee, shown as its own line in your quotation. Third-party costs are shown separately, and costs payable in Bangladesh — such as duties — are listed as payable locally.

Payment

Two ways to pay. One counterparty.

Transferable letter of credit

Your bank issues a transferable LC in favour of NetZero Systems (Pte.) Ltd., Singapore.

Scheduled bank transfer

An agreed schedule — for example a deposit and a balance — with no fixed percentages.

How NetZero pays each supplier is handled behind the platform and never changes what you pay. The payment route for your project is agreed in your quotation.

Verified, not assumed

A milestone is shown as done only when it is.

  1. An authorised bank, logistics or supplier system
  2. An authenticated update by the responsible partner
  3. A NetZero check supported by evidence

Nothing is marked paid, shipped, cleared, delivered or installed because a date has passed.

For EPCs and installers

Buying for your customer?

Choose "My customer / EPC project" when you start. You get the same engineering, packaging and purchasing engine, and your customer's identity and data stay protected.

Start with what you already have.

An electricity bill, a roof photo, a flow and head figure, or a tender — that is enough to begin.
